Concierge Caregivers

At Athena Wellness Consultants we believe seniors want to age at home and live as independently as possible; whether in their own home or in a senior living community. However, Athena Wellness Consultants understands, with age, daily activities and household chores can become increasingly more difficult. That’s why Athena Healthcare Consultants offer several in-home, non-medical, individual care plans to help you or your loved one to live their best quality of life. If needed, we can customize Individual Care Plans that include Nursing, Certified Nursing Aide and Caregiver Services as well.

Initial Consultation

Our initial assessment and consultation gives us the opportunity to get to know you and listen carefully to your needs and concerns. What sets Athena wellness Consultants apart, and makes us special, is unlike other caregiver companies who have nonclinical staff do assessments and care plans, we pride ourselves in having our licensed nurses perform your initial assessment. Your nurse will then make recommendations for a customized care plan that best serves your needs through; Caregiver Services, Companion Care Services or, a combination of both. Your nurse will go over your personalized care plan with your caregiver in addition to staying involved in your plan of care the entire time you are on our services – Giving you that extra peace of mind
